I dont hold this stock, but I am interested for sure.

What confuses me, is why announce a Cap raising if management "allegedly" already knew there were issues with the flow?

I doesnt make any sense, as it only means no one will take up the offer, they will look very bad, as it now appears.

Nevertheless, I am sorry for holders who have lost here, but I can't see how management are gaining, other than from Patersons raising, which I am sure they will be suffering for now, or at least be getting the wip...

Logic would be that they have something up their sleeve, but I am not ready to get on board just yet.
