i think the biggest issue now is the unfortunate wording..........

"considering further terms of the capital raising
transaction"

There appears to be some difficulty in regards to this.

IF......you have secured the "capital raising" which is what they have led everyone to believe......why are "further terms" under consideration?????




I think this is turning sour.......and i feel SEN could withdraw from this and now have set the grounds for their withdrawal to avoid total farce.

thi sis the got out clause.....they can easily say the Board considered the nonerous terms were not condusive to concluding the transaction.

Thi sis a joke......over two months now since they mooted this deal and today say they are mulling over "further terms"


IF....this goes ahead and is not a blackbuster deal....the Entire Board should be sacked immediately.

There are anxious punters waiting to dump anyway.....one can only assume now the selelrs will be even greater next week..

IF...it does re open and IF the news is not blockbuster...think sub 20c.

this could get very very ugly if this goes pearshape.
