I don't know if your taking the p*ss G64 but I'll try and explain.
On the last ann' the sp was sold down for a variety of reasons...traders selling, hedgies selling, the 'ol sell on the fact thing and even long term holders selling out at a profit. Ive seen it plenty of times on different stocks.
Selling has been probably exaggerated due to tax losses and stop losses which turned into negativity which
reinforced the sell down, some thought the deal might be shaky. I felt and little spooked myself.
So I spoke to the Company in depth.
I'm informed that this 'deal' is a 'deal' and that's that. Everything has been agreed to and I am reliably informed that its ironclad and everybody is happy.
Its like buying a house. The agreement occurred, contracts drawn up and exchanged, a deposit paid then some weeks later balance of monies are paid and settlement occurs.
The last APG ann' was agreement and exchange. The next ann' in a week or so is settlement where cash and shares are exchanged.
There will be more ann's later this year for other things I think.
I feel far more confident after talking to the Company today :O)
Cheers M.
