On a separate thread you ask about how to know how many shares you have. Fidelity ( USA) my be able to tell you, but otherwise you should note that One Page's share registrar is an Australian service provider, Boardroom Pty Ltd. If you go to their website I assume there will be an email contact address there. I note also that on the paperwork I received from Boardroom relating to the share sale there was another email address specific to the share sale matter. It is [email protected] Make sure you google search for the Boardroom Pty Ltd website because there is a well know legal brothel in Melbourne ( Australia) called the Boardroom !!!
If you don't want to sell the shares now you can hang on until the new company is floated on the Toronto Stock Exchange ( TSX). May be months away or longer. New company is involved in medicinal cannabis. I imagine an IPO is being developed currently for this listing on the TSX

thanks for your input. i've never received any notice from the company nor fidelity. the day before i finally got the above notice from fidelity i sent an email to the company thru their contact web page. "coincidentally" the next day i got the the fidelity notice. the company never responded to my question "am i on your share registry"?

p.s. i am rejecting their purchase offer!
