For informations sake; Caldive purchased Fraser Diving APAC a number of years ago. Fraser Diving is no more as a company but is now Caldive (split away from Helix also). They provide saturation and air diving services along with ROVs and engineering services related to subsea. From what I could find out, as well as doing a lot of the diving in the North West Shelf they provide all the diving services and ROV services for Esso in the Bass Strait supporting all their platforms (21 platforms) and have held that contract for quite a few years. Their head office is in Perth.
