Some RATs aren't detecting it at low PCR counts. That's a high viral load. 12 / 17. Too bad they mainly did saliva though.

BinaxNOW antigen test had a sensitivity of 64.2% for specimens from symptomatic persons and 35.8% for specimens from asymptomatic persons
Quidel's test states 96.6% accurate on their site, but only 83.5% in their IFU. Hmmmm....
