VCR - issued shares 300,259,629 Price Book Value 18 cts Last SP 22.5 cts

HTW just had a capital raising. VCR furhter down the track to approval has the infrasture in place, TETS around the corner etc. etc. etc.

And only needs a CR (sh.. happens) in conjunction to ramping up sales to get across the line.

What gives?
