And now that I have had another look at the options package, it gets even worse.
RC will end up having to pay only $19,782,278 for 11.60% of the company, NOT $38,388,690 dollars as previoulsy anticipated.
And the strike time will be 3.5 years, 5.5 years and 5.5 years to get them exercised.
Why don't we give him the company, and walk away lol.
