    11.6% of the company for 20 million (11.2c per share) as opposed to CP's 10% of shares for 8.5c per share that he wants to get...

    OR worse still,

    Board control for 5% of shares which is less than 10 million $ simply traded on the market and contributing nothing to CTP's cash position.

    Pick one. It seems you're going for one of the CP options of 10% @ 8.5c per share or no cash to the company and board control for zero additional outlay.
