Focus on higher gross margin product lines is all well and good but what effect will this have on headline growth, on a pcp basis? Is the strategy change a choice or a factor of market conditions.
Is there enough scale to even be talking about P/E and the bottom line?
Positive operating cashflow and net profit are two very different things.

I think they need to raise capital to reduce forward business risk. On clear corporate structure and strategic clarity I would look for an entry, but not until they have a net cash balance.
Just my preference.

Hi DD,

With company assurances that they're confident that the current debt facility arrangements in place will cover working capital, if they were to announce need for a CR on the back of a large unexpected commercial and material order. ...i wouldn't be able to throw my money fast enough if current announced margins were maintained.
