Not that the DRC would have to comply with a ruling, or even that the agreements are subject to that type of action, but it is hard to see how any kind of international lawsuit or arbitration would not rule in the favor of the miners.
I had a mining penny stock that filed a lawsuit against Peru and won the case. Again I do not know if such an action is even possible against the DRC, but if it is an avenue of recourse I would think the miners would go that way.
