Bet the time will come when such shareholders will wake up one morning and find that their stock is down 50% owing to some "unforeseen" development in the DRC. No thank you.

I agree with you there. I owned Ivanhoe for a time, but when I saw what was happening, I got out in time. But came to the same conclusion, why on earth put your money, of all places in the world, where they are killing gorillas for dinner.
