I have never been an apologist for anyone, certainly including the US. Post any evidence to the contrary I challenge you.

The pointless mess which your buddies have got themselves into is more or less what was predicted. If in fact a majority of muslims support the war and the attrocities committed by their (cowardly) comrades then that makes little difference to the morality of it and the eventual outcome.

I could laugh or sneer at the fall from grace of islam who are now regarded as little better than breeding ground for killers, but the overall enormity of it all prevents me.
