What kind of responsible person loans their own company money and charges extortionate rates of interest to pay it back, only to also be in charge of how woefully the company runs. There was never any intention to run this in an effective or efficient way… why would you, if that kills off all the interest you’re making? Interest rates were nearly zero% and what was the company paying?…
If you can’t see this for what it is, you’re asleep at the wheel. It feels like management have bled every drop of profits out of this company into their own pockets, like a giant leach on the companies bank account.
