As for buying/selling - no offence but you said this is your 9th entry into KAR. I am sure people could look at your orders and come to similar conclusions.
FMR/Wellington just trade in 1000x Cato volume. Its the market. Get over it or get out of it. Unless if you have evidence of illegal activity, it doesn't matter how many times they buy sell. They have shareholders they are responsible for, ultimately they have to mark to market their holding and its not in their shareholder's interest to hammer a stock down that they hold so much of!
