I will admit that I have to agree with you. I have remained loyal to Scomo even though I have always been disappointed that he gave up on coal and ignored the Nationals attitude to coal use and coal fired power. Turnbull has been in the background sniping and Turnbull supporters are on the inside giving him help. I didn't think he was being given a fair go. Scomo finally lost me with his soft stance on WA this week and Turnbull delivered a fatal blow with the Barnaby revellation.
I align with the Liberal Democrats and see why Campbell Newman made the choice he has made. I doubt disaffected Libs will vote Labor or the Greens so it will be the Independants that will dominate, along with the Liberal Democrats, as a minor power.
Those a little to the right in the Liberals will now say they were right in wanting Dutton as their Leader.
