Other than a proclivity for Union heavies and corrupt individuals what is Gillard actually 'guilty' of?

Conflicts of of interest aren't a crime and if the AWU and Slater and Gordon choose not to prosecute then surely this story can't go too much further can it? Williamson has already aptly demonstrated that if you run a union you can pretty much do what you like with the member fees without fear of the law. There simply aren't laws that can touch these guys.

The self-proclaimed 'bag man' has apparently a more colourful past than Wilson which should make any testimony he makes easy to refute. Ugly it is .. but it's a bit late isn't it? If it took 3 years for FWA to even make a recommendation I can't see this going too far before Gillard is consigned to the history books and relaxing on a far distant island with Tim... and by then no-one will care.
