    clearance to exit the country on an australian passport under no suspicion, federal law legally confirmed she was a legitimate non criminal traveller to her destination.
    the case has never been proven as to who actually owned the class 1 narcotics, or how they finished with the individual at customs of a foriegn desitination,
    a guilty verdict was made based on upholding political and cultural structures not based on rule of law and evidence,
    australain federal customs should be found guilty not the traveller.
    from that arrest on every single traveller that pasess thier bags to australian federal customs under the beleif they have been legally cleared of carrying any illegal item can no longer be gauranteed when they reach their destination they wont be charged with possessing class 1 narcotics.
