Well, if you want to do a course in Islamic finance, you do not need to travel to Dubai - there are plenty of courses in Australia - one of the key problems is, as with Halal, it seems there are so many different authorities offering different courses, that there will be so many different compliances that in the end, will be charged to financial institutions who wish to comply with all, so as to cover all bases.
