Too late now to sell by the time you do and it goes through you will just be locking in the carnage, use the sell off to dollar cost average in to take advantage of sell off, providing you have a ten year plus time frame to work with (and really only a 76 yr old male for example may not). This has worked well for me on every prior significant sell off previously. Avoid US shares for a while as valuations are reverting back to mean in light of bond market reset, last week they were as expensive as only two previous periods, the run up to the great depression and the run up to the tech boom late 90's.
