They did a capital consolidation for 10:1 a few years ago.

It aint no big deal in the end.

What analysts look at is "EPS". This is basis for market capitalisation.

The "PS" part, means per share. They only look at per share as at today, they dont take into account how many shares were on issue in a past life.

This means that even if he needs to raise another $XM USD, provided he does this at a 'good price", then whilst original holders are primarily diluted on a per share basis, if the drilling program comes good, then the aggregate Market Cap should go up.

Therefore, sure you may own less of the company via dilution but the company is hopefully more valuable, hence your per share entitlement to profit increases...
