pluto banadanna energy had 3 billion odd shares on issue and had consolidation , there a exploration company too. whats the isssue ? it depends on how they do the deal to build the infrastructure. and if the partner chips in a big stake there shares wont be for sale/tradable anyway. c o ckatoo coal same will happen there etc its nothing to worry about any options issued will not have a cheap exiry im sure
