If FAR lose I expect some short term pain.
If they win I expect probably nothing will happen until we actually have some idea what a win will mean.
Will FAR PE. Best case for FAR as I see this is where the most financial gain would be.
Will or has the deal already been done?
Is it being done?
How much is it worth?
My take is IF FAR win that there will be a very substantial debt reduction, best case for the project, which will have a positive impact for sure but I don't think it will happen with a bang more likely a slow burn and that entirely will depend on whether FAR and the payer [ WPL/COP] can come to terms. If not back to arbitration to decide the financial award IMO......best worse case scenario.
