Blah blah blah. More bluster Gareth? Why do you need to do double line spacing? It doesn’t make any of your points more important, or true. They are all irrelevant nothings. Also, do you consider your Disclosure as ‘Held’ appropriate because you held a few bucks worth of shares years ago maybe? Then sold to buy LRS perhaps? I don’t actually know, I am guessing here, as you are trying so hard to paint LTR in a negative way. You do get me giggling I’ll give you that.

Sigh…., ok let’s entertain it shall we?

    1) $8.2m of interest and fees for a billion dollar company? Really? Is that it? Sheesh, please don’t go heavily into finance Gareth, you may be scared.
    2) Again, debt of $300m for a company with expected future revenue in the billions? Ok next!
    3) Interest being offset by COH (cash on hand)? Cash committed already? If it’s explained then it means nothing. What does mean something, is when they don’t show it.
    4) Another $250m to be added to debt? Most if not all companies use debt. It is business. That is how it works. Simple.
    5) Depressed spot market? Yeah I don’t think so. Neither do numerous experts in business who know where the future lies.
    6) Oh no! A billion dollar company with a negative cash flow upon start up! Has that ever happened before?

Newsflash Gareth. Almost ALL businesses commence with a negative cash flow. They have to in order to grow the business. Very rarely will any company go straight into positive cash flow upon start up.

You are such a die hard. Yet every single one of your points is ‘pointless’ as these issues you raise are not issues. They are normal business venture encounters within the business world.

LTR is and will remain a juggernaut. Gareth, if for some unknown reason you do hold a couple of shares, may I suggest you just forfeit them, hand them in, give them to your neighbour, your kids, anybody else. Someone somewhere will do something great with them surely. You can then focus on your other failed ventures.

GLTAH. Oh, and GLG (good luck Gareth)
