I am not into ideology -not a greenie, not a fossil guy, but if anything it appears that in a surprising twist, ESG investing has taken a setback, and how differently the 'Green Revolution' ,from Biden's famous Blue wave victory back in October 2020 that sparked off green stock frenzy, has panned out. Now the green wave which will continue, is facing derailment as Govt priorities have shifted towards geopolitics and cost of living challenges.
You must know too that as we close in to the presidential election, any expectations of a Trump victory (even before the outcome is known) would likely cast an adverse sentiment on EV & lithium stocks. I am hoping that Trump won't prevail, but at this point, the odds seem to favour him, inept Biden could not even land him in jail.
