Just my thoughts here, but the fact that Gina hasn't purchased an extra 3 % of the Company suggests to me she's not interested in a takeover but merely wanted to block the Albermarle takeover.......
Would she have been lending her shares out to the shorters for a fee I wonder? Or is she just sitting back, happy to see things progressing into production which will no doubt give a nice return down the track when divvys start?
