You are naive in the extreme if you think a large-scale, green-field new oil and gas development can be done much quicker. I'd say that if you are so impatient, and your time horizon is short like in days or weeks, then this is the wrong investment for you. ... but remember that it was Buffet that said "The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient " .. I'd sooner be (and my objective is to be) patient and wealthy than impatient and poor.
