They need to double down on Training, to absorb some of the central costs, or offload it. Most likely the latter.
The Integracom guy trousered $40m from Ashley first time up, which was the result of the century for him. He would be the obvious choice to buy it back, along with the rest of the division.
That would leave the Shrimptons free to buy back Labour Hire, or keep the listing and bolster it up.
That's one scenario anyway.
