I would tend to imagine, if there's sensitive news, Dave will ask for a temp TH. if the news is positive and when the news is release, the asking price may be in the range you're not expecting and when trading resumed, the upward trading Gap could also be spectacular; there's something to think about when waiting for the last minutes market position.
