As to who does this this and who buys? Its those interested in getting another few million to keep this baby on the tracks, otherwise their shareholding is headed for the high jump.

Paul has already said they don't have any money for trials? So for those asking why a CR? Its then to run another trial to provide some comforting Ann about how CBD makes everyone warm, snuggly and fuzzy. (oh hang on it already does that)

If this company really wants to make CBD a runner in the Pharma space as Paul has suggested, and let distinguish what he has said as opposed to the normal CBD rhetoric of small Caps. Paul has suggested AVE is going to differentiate itself in this space by prosecuting TPM as a 'registered' CBD Pharmaceutical product.

THIS IS NO THE SAME AS A PRODUCT WITH NON VERIFIABLE CLAIMS.......

So AVE needs tens of millions of dollars to get CBD to the end of Phase 1/2 trials alone for a FDA Claim.

There is a massive difference between a 'Medicinal claim' and a 'Registered FDA Pharmaceutical'

And the difference is tens of millions of dollars not 3-5 million in a penny CR.
