I believe we used to do a lot of stainless here. Think there was a mill here in Wollongong area which closed some years ago due of course to cheap imports. If I am not mistaken we import all of our required stainless nowadays and the price has skyrocketed recently. Our illustrious pollies will undoubtedly have sound and undeniable reasonings for allowing this to occur.
