My advice is the same as its always been with PDI.
Great project in theory - but given the massive hurdles to overcome, the SP will remain substantially lower than could be expected given the size of the resource.
Back in a couple of months ago and @ $0.20 its great buying as long as you don't expect an immediate major re-rate and are buying for the longer term.
Was out after the National Park issue came to light, back in now with a view of holding pending news firstly from Doumboaya and the future of Guinea and secondly from ECOWAS about how much more they are prepared to push sanctions against coup led countries in West Africa.
My advice is the same as its always been with PDI. Great project...
