So the Gantt chart shows a 3 month period for the permit to be considered.
Will it turn out to be realistic or aspirational - that's the unknown.
Given the complexities of the permitting (exclusion from the National Park buffer zone, Presidential decree required) I don't think anyone should be surprised if it takes a bit longer than that.
PS - and that's not bagging the company, the exec's or the project.
