I am not sure whether it will go back to 21c or less.
Last time, the same was said when we were trading at 18c (for kind information, it was last month) with low volumes that it is going back to 13-16c but rest is history.!

SP may drop even below 10c short-term, but Swala would be trading in dollars sooner than we all expect. Just one hit in one of the 10 basins (assuming Eyasi will be awarded) would be enough to achieve that. IMO, 2014 would be the year we set base and 2015 would the year we PROPEL.!
