I do believe the quote was along the lines of“no more unnecessarily dilutionary cap raises for day to day needs”. We don’t know if this cap raise is overly dilutive, what it’s for, how much it is.
It could be that they wanted to do an overly expensive test as a last box ticked before a partnership agreement(I don’t think it is but the point remains). We don’t know. What I do know is that people seem more upset that there IS a cap raise and less about what it’s for, even if it’s securing and strengthening the company position short and long term. They just want to say I told you so, without having anything to say it for except “but we were told no!” At a time when the company didn’t have tavr expenses, or products in the pipeline. If people are that upset by a cap raise go, but at least let the details come out before people call for the managements heads and that they need to go and crap, when we don’t even know the details. It’s rediculous.
