We are sitting on the edge of a downward spiral... Bailout or not. Fundamentals rule and like I have posted before until the housing cycle turns (which could be 2-5 years) the Bears have got us by the short and curlys.

Expect a 20-30% drop some of it in a large spike down but the majority of it in a slow and steady drag as more and more investors scramble for cash.

If you have Lines of Credit open or Overdrafts probably a good time to revert it to cash and deposit the cash elsewhere because the Bank's will probably wind it back if you don't.
