Yes Hotdog ,,,and the world is about to end....i think we have had a crash albeit over an extended period.....it has happened.
It is incorrect to state that the housing market will fall for a further 2-5 years.......the housing market WILL turn within 12 months and then we will get a slow recovery........once confidence is restored there will be many investors that begin to purchase properties...(bricks and mortar remember).....
