Sinclair did. That guy is very good. Other notables featured on Gold Eagle (editorials) and Puplava's FSO also seem to have been spot on so far.
I think most are suggesting a pull-back will come fairly soon, and a few see it dropping to $300, but most see it coming back to a higher level than that.
My understanding is for a decent pullback, and then a kick to highrer prices than now. $354 is a very significant level (and I've posted on that recently giving proper reference to Sinclair). After that is crossed, he's looking for $370 (from memory) as the next hurdle, and he's not talking long time frames from now.
Sinclair gives a 'Heads Up' when things are happening/about to happen - and I haven't seen him miss yet. He'll even assess your TA if you fax him your chart with your workings shown. Why he does all this escapes me - but I think he's a must to read each day.
I've been full on with TA for 5 years now, but I can't get close to calling it like he does.
Anyway, that's just my 2 cents.
