dude, real estate has its ups and downs. What has happened is not new. The people that beleived in property never falls are/were misguided. The worst thing is they go to these courses were realestate spruikers convert them to the God of Excel, given them a spreadsheet with real estate calculations which they can determine how wealthy they want to be.
