'At 30 June 2013, 81% (24,970) of all prisoners (sentenced and unsentenced) were born in Australia. This was followed by New Zealand (3% or 883 prisoners), Vietnam (2% or 735 prisoners) and the United Kingdom (2% or 537 prisoners). (Table 6)
Just an observation That seems a high figure of prisoners from Vietnam and I doubt they are Muslem. The high Kiwi figure may be partially due to the high proportion of lower socio economic Kiwis who have gone to work in Australia and have ended up in trouble. The UK figure also seems high a number of possible reasons including a poor work ethic at cleaning up after they commit a crime so leaving too much evidence around.
