Re "The 16-year-old's have told police they met three men on a train from Blacktown yesterday afternoon and agreed to follow them to Fairfield Park before being attacked."
What were the girls thinking? Forget the racial or immigration aspects for a minute. Girls ( or women of any age) that meet strangers of any race or colour on a train and then agree to follow them to a park are nuts. Really, what do they expect? Or not expect? Didnt their mothers tell them? Seriously.
About a year back, a famous journalist and tv host/commentator told of being abused by a paedophile priest when she was about 14......she had been to his quarters more than once, in school uniform. One concerned priest knocked on the door once and the priest came out "dishevelled", with the girl inside. Why was she there? No one saw her being dragged there by force, and there was no allegation of that....What made her go there? I'm not condemning or casting stones, just trying to understand.... Rape, etc is never right. But why do women place themselves in situations where they must know something may happen?
