    Sorry, I missed that. In the end, I guess it comes down to 3 things:

    1. The likelihood of the transaction being completed
    2. The consolidation ratio
    3. The market cap of gridComm after re-quotation

    We obviously have different estimates for points 2 and 3 and so I can see from your perspective that the risk involved in point 1 does not justify buying at this price.

    Only time will tell right.
