Take on board the flw:
1. EXM shareholders believed they got a bad deal. See HC.
2. For other RTO I've followed, 5% is very low. Screws-ville!
3. Range should be min 12% to max 20%.
4. ODN expectations (from HC) are much higher than 5%.
