Paraguay may be the next country to embrace Bitcoin mining . They are in a simmilar position to iceland before they welcomed Bitcoin mining with excess electricity . Iceland was going to lay a cable to Britain to sell it but the miners arrived and now 8% of the worlds bitcoin is produced in Iceland. Paraguay has three hydro electric dams and only uses 35% of capacity for domestic needs which provides all of paraguays electricity The rest is exported which provides about 7% of GDP
