NCM is up around a dollar or 18% the past 3 weeks. It has well and truly outperformed the others in the gold sector. It's chief Tony Palmer was instrumental with Decrespney of Normandy with that successful takeover. Palmer has said on more than one occasion that Telfer is going to be a biggy and be a real company maker. He's even said the stock will be @ the $11-$12 mark when production of Telfer is ramped up. Let's hope true value is realised before a takeover attempt happens, unlike MIM.
