that is completely, 100% false. and dumb.
if the SP of a company was based solely on earnings then every company's SP in the whole ASX would be a flat line between earnings release dates, and either going up or down on those dates.
and that isn't how it actually is, now is it?
I'll agree that over long term, earnings govern SP. maybe over the 6 month + time frame. but in between it's so much more dynamic.
CSL never broke 275. resistance was too strong. chart says so...
