Hopefully Mark English's comment "We have agreed to a PROCESS" means a dignified exit quietly from employment with the company. Most contracts with an employer have a clause about "Not doing anything to bring the company into disrepute"
In the past I have written to one ASX company that stating while I liked their operations, the fact they had a certain person as an advisor meant I couldn't and wouldn't commit funds or invest in the company. I then explained specifically why and note that person ceased to be mentioned in any capacity in the next quarterly.
I imagine it will soon be obvious what the " PROCESS " was.
