Good opportunities right now to buy into a gold producer at a substantial discount. Any publicity is good publicity as they say! It should get a few investors doing their due diligence and buying in while the bargains are there! It may actually help our share price in the long run. No criminal activity was undertaken, just the HC terms and conditions broken which probably half the HC community does. Looks like a few multiple accounts posting in here lately going by how similar some of the posts sound. It would be nice if HC tracked the IP addresses and clamped down on it, but probably above their pay grades.
Anyway, the main issue is a moral issue from the character at play. It is highly likely AWJ management were completely unaware of it. Move him on and the moral dilemma disappears and this character now has to defend himself for the rest of his career. It is a small world in corporate sectors so I can imagine it may be an early retirement for him.
Time to move on and focus on the gold production IMO!
