To me I think Auric management have had a reality check about how close to the wind they have been running with their cash flow projections.
I would liken the light bulb moment similar to BSL watching Arrium collapse and now it's successor.
Since then BSL have maintained solid CASH BALANCES and committed loan facilities.
They sadly also had a massive dilution to shareholder equity at one point prior to that.
Auric is about adding value.
They did it once before and walked away from a tenement purchase as it meant too much dilution prior to Jeffries mining.
Management Has shown it has Balls, that's for sure.
Came back later and paid CASH from memory.
I now expect them to maintain a cash balance once the Munda Starter pit is done and dusted commensurate with the scale of their growing portfolio of operations/staff wages and obligations,so future CASH CALLS are targeted,or even better not needed through desperate timing issues/circumstances.
Ideally if they are sharp enough, which I am betting they are,
Then once Munda is in full swing after the starter pit and profits are banked towards further development.
Burbanks can be progressed steadily from organic cash flow.IMHO and research it won't need much to make it run or expand.
Lindsay's the same.
The rolling Snowball needs to be allowed to grow at an orderly financial pace with a scaled cash balance retention as it expands.
Ultimately 6 months to a years current/expected running costs held as CASH as insurance.
Then they would look really UPPER CLASS by doing a share split when the shares hit a certain value to reward existing shareholders and increase the float of shares on issue ORGANICALLY.
If they did that then shares would be held even tighter than they have been and should AWJ come near a market index the price would have a natural disproportionate positive reaction.
All Well before any need for paying dividends.
We shall see what actually unfolds over the next few years.
Regards,
Fitnfam.
