I am not entirely sure you are correct.

LSH had around $300K in the bank at Dec 31 and then they raised around another $300k.

They burn $3-400K per quarter and so if they don't make substantial sales by June, they may be dead and buried.

With Covid19 bringing most purchasing appetite to zero and considering how speculative the Bodytel is, the chances of getting any sales between now and then are very slim.

In summary, LSH have a few dollars in the back
and very little prospect of generating any sales to rescue the company prior to VA.
